Infectious Laryngotracheitis 003

This bird is gasping and producing a whistling sound during a clinical ILT outbreak. This high‑pitched squawk is often heard within the flock, sometimes resembling a whistle, which is why such birds have become known as “callers”. These clinical signs, however, are not pathognomonic, as many other respiratory pathogens may produce similar symptoms.
