Avian Encephalomyelitis 004
Few days old chicks show typical clinical sings of avian encephalomyelitis (AE). Obvious neurological dysfunction can be observed, especially in vertically infected birds. These include fine head tremors, ataxia, and progressive leg weakness, often appearing from hatching to the first week of life.
